Items will be packaged and sent out between 2-4 business days. Most orders arrive between 5-10 business days of the purchase date.

We offer FREE exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We currently do not allow free exchanges/returns for international orders. The shipping label will have to be paid for by the customer.
